This is how it works:

We will give you a fixed price for your trade, working or not no matter what it is - consider this as a "TRADE ALLOWANCE" 

The fixed price "Trade Allowance" will change according to the product you are buying, so on an entry level receiver the trade allowance will be less than on a higher more expensive model. The "Trade Allowance" will be listed on the individual products.

You place an order either on-line or you can call us and place an order by phone or email - you give us the traded product, we take the "Trade Allowance" off the RRP of the product and you pay "Our Price"

If you live in the Sydney Metro area, or are able to pick up, then just bring in your trade.
If you live out side the Sydney Metro are or are unable to pick up, don't worry, we will arrange Deliver of your new product, and also arrange for pickup of your traded product.

Many have asked why we want your old or not working products, and that is simple.

If the products you trade in are working, we will check them over, and donate them to charities, or people in a less position to buy new products. If the products are not working, we sell them for parts or use them for parts. Anything you have that no longer want, is valuable to someone else, so if you cant be bothered selling it, throwing it away, or giving it away, GIVE IT TO US AS A TRADE IN AND SAVE ON A NEW PRODUCT.
